Clear rules for accounts, ticket purchases and event access.
These platform terms govern use of the technical service. The organizer’s event-specific terms and mandatory consumer law also apply to a ticket purchase.

Roles and contract structure
The platform operator supplies the marketplace and technical services. The organizer identified before checkout is normally the legal seller of the ticket and is responsible for the event and event-specific performance.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. Account access may be restricted where necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law or protect events and users.
Orders and payments
An order becomes binding only when payment is confirmed and the ticket is issued. Prices, currency, quantities, included services and the seller are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment for the organizer.
Tickets, transfers and admission
A ticket is a revocable digital entitlement for the stated event, not cash. Copying, resale outside permitted channels, manipulation or sharing a live credential may lead to invalidation. Venue rules, age limits and lawful safety checks remain applicable.
Acceptable use
You may not attack the service, automate abusive purchases, bypass inventory limits, interfere with scans, impersonate another person or use the platform for unlawful content or transactions.
Availability and liability
The service is operated with reasonable care, but maintenance and external provider failures can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.
Changes and applicable rules
Material changes are communicated in an appropriate form and do not retroactively remove acquired mandatory rights. Mandatory consumer protections and any compulsory jurisdiction rules prevail over conflicting wording.
