Ticketing for organizers in Cyprus

Sell the ticket. Keep control of the event.

A ticket platform should make the night easier to run, not move the mess into another dashboard. Entriza connects the event page, ticket inventory, payments, guest communication and admission. You remain the organizer and legal seller; the platform supplies the tools and keeps every step traceable.

One account, several roles

Built for people who actually run the event

You do not need a different login for every part of your work. A personal account can also hold a DJ profile, organizer access and membership of a location team. Permissions remain separate, so an invited artist cannot change sales and an organizer cannot edit another artist's profile.

DJ

You perform and organize the night yourself

Create your artist profile, add organizer access and place yourself on the line-up. The public artist identity stays separate from seller, payment and support records.

Promoter

You produce one-off or recurring events

Use an existing location, invite artists and give entrance staff only the access they need. Every event keeps its own prices, capacity, refund contact and reporting.

Club or venue

Your place has its own programme

Keep a stable location profile with address and opening information while publishing each ticketed date as a separate event. External promoters can use the location without editing its profile.

From idea to on-sale

Five steps, with no hidden publication button

The setup shows what is complete and what still needs attention. A draft can be saved at any point, but real sales begin only after the organizer, location, event and payment details have passed the required checks.

  1. Create your organizer area

Add the public name, legal seller details and a refund contact. Individuals can organize events too; a company is not required for every format.

  2. Choose or add the location

Search the shared directory first. If the place is missing, add it once. Using a location does not give you permission to edit the location owner's public profile.

  3. Build the event and line-up

Set the date, age rule, translated description and images. Add your own DJ profile or invite registered and new artists without taking control of their profiles.

  4. Configure tickets and payments

Create ticket types, price phases, promo codes or table packages. Connect Stripe so ticket revenue is processed for the organizer named on the event page.

  5. Complete checks and publish

Review the buyer view, support details, translations and entry plan. The page becomes bookable only when the required operational, payment and legal gates are complete.

Clear responsibilities

Know what you control before the first sale

Entriza is the technical platform. It does not become the event organizer and it does not quietly take control of your payouts. The split below is shown before launch so guests and teams know who handles each decision.

You decide

  • Event programme, capacity and admission rules
  • Ticket types, prices, promo codes and referral rewards
  • Refund contact, staff access and guest communication

Entriza provides

  • Event pages, inventory reservations and ticket delivery
  • Role-based dashboards, mobile scanning and live entry counts
  • Documented support, notification and reporting workflows

Required before sales

  • Verified organizer and a clear legal seller
  • Reviewed location, event details and refund contact
  • An active connected Stripe account and country launch approval

The door is part of ticketing, not an afterthought

Entrance staff use a mobile scanner for tickets, guest-list entries, tables and rewards. Each mode is clearly separated. The first accepted scan records the time, station and staff role; a repeated scan shows that the code was already used instead of admitting a second person.

Live counts help the event manager see how many guests have arrived without sharing the full customer list with every scanner. If connectivity becomes unreliable, the release includes a controlled emergency-list process rather than pretending that an unsafe offline scan is reliable.

Payments and refunds

Ticket revenue is processed for the organizer

Checkout uses a connected Stripe account. The organizer shown before payment remains the legal seller and receives the direct charge. Entriza adds the agreed platform fee to that transaction; it does not control the organizer's payout schedule.

This also means the organizer needs a working refund contact and enough liquidity for refunds. Cancellation, a material date or venue change, duplicate purchases and exceptional cases follow documented paths instead of being decided in private messages.

  • No raw card details are stored by Entriza.
  • Only verified payment webhooks issue paid tickets.
  • Fees and reporting stay separated by event currency.
  • Guests can see who sells the ticket before paying.

Prepare before publishing

Have these details ready

You can start a draft without everything in hand. These are the details that usually decide whether an event can move from draft to sale without last-minute questions.

  • Public organizer name and legal seller details
  • Refund and support contact monitored by your team
  • Exact date, time, address, age rule and accessibility information
  • Capacity, ticket types, prices and one event currency
  • Event and location images you are allowed to publish
  • Line-up permissions, entrance roles and a realistic entry plan
  • Connected Stripe account with completed verification

Before you start

Questions organizers usually ask first

Can a DJ sell tickets for their own event?

Yes. Use one personal login, add a DJ profile and set up organizer access. You can add yourself to the line-up while payment, seller and support records remain in the organizer area.

Do I need to own the location?

No. Search for the existing place and connect it to the event. Only a verified location team can change the permanent location profile, images and opening information.

When can real ticket sales begin?

After the organizer, event, location, refund contact and connected payment account meet the active country gates. Until then, the event remains a draft or preview.

Can I give scanners limited access?

Yes. Entrance roles are scoped to the relevant organizer or event. Scanner access does not automatically include sales, payment, artist-profile or location-management permissions.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

The event is marked as cancelled, affected tickets and rewards are blocked, buyers are notified through the configured channels and the documented full-refund process is started.

How this page was checked

Product rules, not invented success stories

This page describes the implemented organizer, inventory, payment and admission model. We link to the deeper product guides and Stripe's primary documentation. We do not publish fake customer numbers, testimonials or claims of events we did not attend.
